This winter, the adventure begins in Central America, where turquoise waters meet rich culture and easygoing island life. From December through January, Erin and Brian will explore the stunning Bay Islands of Honduras—Roatán, Utila, and Guanaja, the vibrant reefs and cayes of Belize, the wild beauty of Mexico’s Caribbean coast, and —each offering its own rhythm of diving, beach bonfires, and friendly locals. Expect days spent snorkeling coral gardens, wandering colorful coastal towns, and tasting the bold flavors of Central American cuisine straight from seaside markets. As February approaches, the journey will turn northward—sailing across to the Florida Keys and onward to the Bahamas, where calm seas, pink sunsets, and endless anchorages await.
